Shipping policy

Shipping Charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items, and they should take up the insurance on their own.

Shipping Option or Return Items: When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such as UPS or DHL that offers a tracking method. 

If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of return goods.

Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 7days of the RA number being issued. Items received after 7 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.

Credits: Credits will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite the processing of your credit.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Shipping:  There is a slight delay in shipping. Normally it will take 3-7 business days by USPS /UPS depending on your location.

We do not offer discount on shipping under $100. Yes, of course! Free shipping over $100.  The cost of shipping is base of your urgency and if items are in stock or back-order. 

Once your order has been placed, we will check your order first and then send the tracking information within 24 -72 hours, with the hopes your payment clears within 1-3 working days after we receive the full payment.
